Helpful Information for Completing your Application

Information You'll Need:

  • Personal Information (name, date of birth, SSN, driver's license)
  • Personal Information for your reference (reference cannot be cosigner)
  • Sufficient income information for borrower (or cosigner if applicable)
  • Graduation information (degree, university, total student loan debt)
  • Details for the loans you wish to refinance (lender, servicer, balance, loan number)

If applying with a cosigner, you'll want to have them present. The cosigner will also need to provide the same type of personal information as the borrower. If they cannot be present, you should have their primary email address on hand - we'll send them a notification to input their information.

Credit Union Membership:

You don't need to be a credit union member to apply, but to receive a funded loan, the borrower will need to become a primary credit union member. Membership requirements also apply to the cosigner (if applicable). FAQ regarding membership details.
